All payments are final — no refunds are provided.

AI Outputs: You own the outputs generated by our AI Services for your business use. However, Desypher retains ownership of the underlying technology.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, reliable, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desypher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.
8. Termination and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately end.
